Refund policy
Our desire is for you to LOVE our Goods. If you are not 100% satisfied with the Thoughtful Goods that you purchased, please contact us so that we can make things right.
Defects or mistakes: Please contact us immediately by emailing photos to shopthoughtfulgoods@gmail.com if you find that we've made a mistake or the product is defective. We will make things right.
Changed mind or not up to par: We've all been there. If you'd like to return your purchase for a full refund we'd be more than happy to offer 30-days to do so for a full refund of the price paid for the product. (Happy to make things right, regrettably that our product did not exceed your expectations.) However, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund, even if it is not shown on the original invoice. We will cover the cost of return shipping.
"Our only policy is that there are no policies". A mentor of ours has said many times while running his business, "My only policy is that there are no policies." Of course, that was slightly tongue-in-cheek, but the spirit of what he says is this: we are all human, and every situation cannot be boiled down to a policy. We are all human with unique experiences and situations. If you feel like we can serve you better as a customer we would relish the opportunity to hear you and serve you better.
